Thin Pendant with Thick Clear Epoxy (?) Layer

Really nicely painted detail and it’s double-sided with the same image. The pendant has some sort of of clear “epoxy” layer on top of it so you don’t actually feel the enamel or gold. Overall, it feels cheap. The bail is thin, the chain is light. I’m still undecided on keeping or returning.
