Gift Box

I purchased this necklace for my husband. I really liked it for him. It was delivered in a small delivery box, but the necklace was inside of a small zip lock bag. The necklace should have come in a gift box. Even if it was a cardboard box, that would have been much better than a zip lock bag. Had I known, I would have purchased a gift box. The manufacturer could have presented their jewelry better. The necklace deserved a better unboxing.

Very Disappointed

I never received it! It was never delivered! I called Macys and they kept telling me it was at the UPS location. Then they told me I had to wait 16 days to receive a refund. I will never order from Macy's again unless the item is available as a store pickup.

Beautiful cross. Got it for $175 on sale before Christmas time. It's now $550. What a steal! Speaking of which the stainless steel hasn't left any marks or faded. Very much recommended
