Smells like drugstore perfume

This perfume does not work for me. I do not smell rose or orange flowers. The top notes smell like chemicals. I do not recognize the notes that make up the smell of the dry down but I do not like it at all. If you like rose or citrus perfumes, I suggest you go to the store to try this first before busying it. This was a complete waste of money for me.
