Strong Alcohol smell

Not happy with this toner. I specifically the technician for an alcohol-free toner. Alcohol is the second ingredient on the label? It totally smells like alcohol and is drying. Disappointing. I need to be inconvenienced and return the product.

Service

The product is great but the service at the Estee counter is not what it used to be. Lately I have not had the service of an Estée Lauder representative and would have normally been able to get advice on a new product or help in getting the right product, Someone from another counter tries to help but they sometimes can't even find the product.

A Must Have!

I adore this lotion. I've been using it for years. It's perfect for cleansing the pores after removing your makeup at night, or after you wash your face in the morning to tighten your pores getting them ready for makeup. Cleans, tightens, tingles, and smells amazing.
