I wanted to like the leash. But it is showing signs of wear and there are chunks of the leash missing. Inhad hoped it would last longer but we have only used it to walk so not sure why it’s falling apart.

Quality is different
I first purchased this leash in 2020 and loved it. Just bought a new one and the quality feels different now - and not in a good way. Add to that, the “fancy” new packaging creates all of these bends and indentations into the leash that do not go away. Disappointing to say the least.

Not so magic - didn’t even last a year :/
This is my second bad experience with a fable product...seems that they are just made to look cute and aesthetic. They definitely accomplish that, but they’re missing the quality and longevity component. This was our daily use leash and it did the trick, but very quickly a seam in the leash began to unravel. Then after about eight months of normal moderate use, the clip broke. In my opinion, the clip is the mist important part of the leash as it attaches to the dog and keeps them secure, so that she be the most quality part of the leash.I know it’s hard to find neutrals and “cute” leashes, but I would recommend getting something else that will actually last.

Doesn’t stay the size you adjust it to
While I like the waterproof capabilities, I constantly have to adjust the size and make it smaller to fit my waist, it doesn’t stay well at all to the size you make it. I was really looking forward to this leash as it’s taken forever to find a waterproof hands free gray leash, this leash isn’t really hands free when I constantly have to adjust it to keep it from falling off. When I do have something in my hands, it’s almost impossible to do so, and it happens so frequently. If you want it small enough to use as a normal leash, it does not stay the size to be around your wrist. I wish there was some sort of stopper or something to keep it at the size you want it to be because right now it’s not really hands free when you have to constantly adjust it.

Practical and versatile
I bought this to replace a waist-belt leash we use for running. The link is far easier to get on and off, works as a waist belt, handheld or crossbody, and is much more attractive than what we had! I was not sure about the price tag, but I think the versatility and the quality of the leash make it worth the expense.

I really wanted to love this leash…
I waited MONTHS for the M/L to come back in stock. It finally arrived the first week of August. Within the first couple weeks, one of the four pins fell out. Barely had the leash two months and a second one pin is sticking out now and cuts your hand if you accidentally grab the leash there. The leash is also already severing from the piece that keeps the two ends attached to the one. The leash material can also give you skin burn. Wearing it as cross body is fairly painful on your muscles of your dog pulls even a little bit. For the price, the quality is really disappointing. I would’ve expected the leash to last longer but at this rate I don’t think it will even last a year.

My daughter asked me wTch her pup and he had nagic leash. I was able yo actually walk teo puppies fue to ease and verditlity of leash. I ordered one for my pup that day !
