Selling low-quality goods at high prices.

I had a bad experience with Macy’s. They sent me damaged items, and when I called Macy’s customer service, they gave me a hard time getting a refund. Additionally, they charged me $15 more than the price listed on the website. It shouldn’t be like this,This is ridiculous.
