buyers beware

This scarf is cute but it came to home in a different color than the order. I returned it. This is where it gets sticky. I did not get a refund. I called and Macys verified that the Feelgoodz order had received it but Macys had not gotten paperwork bk from Feelgood. That was early April. I called today on 5/8 and they said that they would notify the seller to give the refund. If I order from Macy's and they see the return, why is Macy's not refunding my money to my Macys account?

not as expected

I won’t be returning as it must be returned to other than Macy’s and the price was such that I would be wasting money to return it. That said, the material looks like one of those pot holders we made as kids. I will keep it but it certainly won’t be one of my favorites!!

Lovely scarf

This is a very soft and comfortable scarf. The texture is very nice on my skin and not irritating at all. The colors are attractive and neutral enough to go with most of my cold weather clothes.
