Worst model available

Fitbit has known issues with the developer. It only works accurately for IPhone users. Dont expect your fitbit to count steps, flights of stairs, measure your heart rate. Customer service says do not sync your phone to app. Well then you shouldnt advertise that you can take calls or text through your device because thats again another feature not to work..matter of fact mine decreasd steps every hour. I sent them screenshots and they said they know this happens What you can expect is a 200 watch that can tell time and can calculate daylight savings. Worst purchase I've ever made and its being returned.
