The Cover is soft and neat. The quality is superb.

I bought one pillow/soft and it is the best pillow I have ever had. It came in a few days and packaged well. I'm getting ready to order another one. Very satisfied with the quality of the pillow and now have to get another one. You can't lose with this pillow.

high-end Hotel pillow

why is it when you're in a hotel your pillow is just amazing and what you have at home doesn't really compare? the positive reviews made me try this. oh my they were so right. I bought one as a trial and went back and bought two more for company. this week I'm having four people over so I guess I got to buy another one because I'm not going to share mine. I can easily fall asleep on my side around my back. I have severe arthritis in my neck and this is absolutely perfect for me. it's a little too thick for me to lay on my belly. but I can't do without this pillow. when I travel out of state it's going to travel with me. I've had this pillow for about 4 months now and I'm still as happy as day one.

Not good value

Poor quality for the price, definitely not a firm pillow, and not comparable to hotel pillows at Marriott or Westin. I'll be returning it.
