Macy’s error

The error is Macy’s, not the manufacturer Fortessa. I contacted them and was sent the remaining items, for a quantity of 6. Quality is good, very happy with my purchase and the customer service.

Follow up to review

I updated my review after contacting Fortessa. They sent me the balance of my platters. These platters are thick, well made, and machine-washable. I was never disappointed in the quality of the product. They arrived in time for the shower I was hosting, and worked perfect for the occasion.

Just like Karen comments… I bought this for the set of six as stated online but I’ve got only one. If I knew it is for the price of one I wouldn’t buy it because there are a lot better than this one and way cheaper for the price of one. The seller is deceiving.

Sandia Adobe Rectangle Platter 14x4.75" Set/6. DECEPTIVE. Bought the brown. This one showed Set /6. BUT, I only get one. I fought this on-line, but it was one of a set of 6. Beware of this seller.WHAT? I purchased another set of 1 of another platter, and expected 1. WHY IS THERE A 6 HERE IF IT IS ONLY FOR ONE. Putting this on every platter color so people are aware of this.
