Incorrect item received

Sent me the incorrect item (nothing even close to the earrings) and I was told the earrings I had ordered were not even in stock. I have to go through the trouble of returning the incorrect item and get nothing in return for the inconvenience.

Love these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely earrings. A larger version of ones I already have. Love the clasp. Which makes it feel safe and secure. My only criticism is the weight which is a bit heavier than expected
