The chair arrived in a torn box and unwrapped in plastic. The chair has several fabric imperfections and marks. Thought it was a Macy’s item when ordered it. Will not order an item from this vendor again.

Ordered over a month ago and it still has not shipped. I am requesting a refund.

Uncomfortable

I bought this chair to read bedtime stories with my toddler. The chair was not comfortable. The seat “cushion” was extremely firm and the back had no padding. I wish Macy’s had this item (or anything similar) on display in a showroom so I could have avoided paying a “preference fee” to return the chair.

Awful chairs

The chairs arrived without any protection i.e. bubble wrap, in oversized boxes. They were so cheap looking and feeling I packed them up, better than how they arrived, and was shipping them back within hours of receiving them. It took 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a return label from Macys. do not know what happened to Macy’s quality and service. Do not waste your time on purchasing these chairs you will be sadly disappointed. I will not purchase from Macy’s again.

poor quality

I would not recommend this chair to anyone. It is very cheap quality and construction. Not worth the money. If you try to send it back, you get charged a 15% stocking fee and have to pay shipping. You also have to return it within 3 days.

My Red Chairs

Beautiful, they are exactly what I was expecting, not always the case when ordering through the internet. They are beautiful and very comfortable.
