Never deal with Hulala

I was tricked. Purchased an item from Macy's website. Turns out Macy's cannot help with "Third Party Sellers". Beware. Hulala is hopeless. Changed delivery date. Representative didn't respond as promised. Macy's "Market Place Small Ticket Dept" representative hung up on me. Yikes. I guess I'll go to Better Business Bureau.

Very happy with the chair- NOT happy with delivery

I am happy with the recliner BUT not happy with the delivery! The box was left in the driveway! My husband was home and he had no idea it was delivered! When I arrived home I found a huge box which we had to take the chair out of - carry it into the house and put together ourselves. Luckily it was not very hard- but if anything had been missing I’m sure it would of been an ordeal to get it rectified!

Hulala Home Franco Genuine Leather Recliner

Delivered on time and in perfect condition. Some difficulty with assembly which was quickly resolved by customer service. Just wish the side wings would be closer ro the arm rest. There is a 1-inch gap between the two. Very comfortable & excellent quality
