Frango Chocolate forever!

Frango chocolates hold a special place in my heart ever since we lived in Chicago. Not only do they bring back cherished memories, but their rich, indulgent flavor is simply unbeatable. Every bite takes me back to those sweet moments!

This is not a product review, but a service review

Candy is for presents, so have to assume it is the usual Frango quality. however, to have to wait well over 3 weeks for an order to arrive, especially when it is something edible, is inexcusable. The oder was not shipped for over 2 weeks and then it was "in limbo" for close to another two weeks after it was finally shipped from your warehouse. Not sure I will order anything from Macy's again.

Macy sent chocolate improperly stored

Unfortunately, my 2 most recent purchase of 8 boxes (4 for my ill sister and 4 for me) all had that white film on them. My sister will not eat them that way and thinks you should give me a refund. It's too bad Macy's has been sending them this way because otherwise, both my sister and I think this particular Frango chocolate candy is the best.
