Horrible Customer Service

Had to save others the trouble of dealing with Macys and their 3rd party seller Free Country. They sent the wrong size item; I returned in a few days later by visiting UPS store and 22 days later not only have I not heard from them after emailing them 2x I still haven't received my refund. The whole purchase was a debacle costing me not only money but time as well. The customer service person was a little helpful but apparently unsuccessful as I still have not received any refund for item that they messed up sending in the first place.

Great Flannel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flannel is perfect for light layering on cool days. It is not a thick flannel so don't buy it expecting jacket type warmth. But for someone like myself who always runs hot, it is just right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice shirt, little long in the arms for me but I’m tuff and sit somewhere between small and medium shirts. But very nice colors and flannel. I also like the stiffer collar, I feel it may hold up longer than flimsier flannel collars
