Horrible Customer Service

Had to save others the trouble of dealing with Macys and their 3rd party seller Free Country. They sent the wrong size item; I returned in a few days later by visiting UPS store and 22 days later not only have I not heard from them after emailing them 2x I still haven't received my refund. The whole purchase was a debacle costing me not only money but time as well. The customer service person was a little helpful but apparently unsuccessful as I still have not received any refund for item that they messed up sending in the first place.

Great Flannel

This flannel is perfect for light layering on cool days. It is not a thick flannel so don't buy it expecting jacket type warmth. But for someone like myself who always runs hot, it is just right.

Very nice shirt, little long in the arms for me but I’m tuff and sit somewhere between small and medium shirts. But very nice colors and flannel. I also like the stiffer collar, I feel it may hold up longer than flimsier flannel collars
