Terribly written instructions

Unable to program watch. Both the instructions provided with the watch and the online version do not allow me to successfully program the watch.

A great gift for my nephew.

Love the watch. My husband loved it !! I wish costumer service was better. The women who helped me kept on rushing me to pay and made me feel like she thought I did not have money. “Are you waiting for seething. “Is something erring with your card” she insisted many many times and others kept looking towards my way. It made me feel very upset.
