Cloud comfort

We LOVE this couch. Our family loves it so much two other homes also have this couch. It is perfectly supportive while also being soft and cozy. Best purchase ever.

I want to love it, but I can't

I fell in love with this sectional in the showroom. I chose the charcoal color and the 5 piece configuration with the chaise. But now that it's in my home, every little thing scratches the seating surfaces!! I've had it in my home for only a week and at least 3 deating surfaces have scratches! I visited the showroom several times and the floor model in charcoal did not look bad or scratched up at all. I checked for that specifically before buying. The size and color are great and it's just as comfortable as it was in the store. But for it to be leather everywhere except the arms and back, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the seating surface. Especially for the price I paid. I did buy the protection plan, thank goodness, but I didn't expect to have to use it do soon. I've owned other leather couches that were less expensive and those all held up much better than this one has. I don't want to frisk people for sharp objects before sitting down. Do not recommend this item.

Love my splurge!

Tried it out in Roseville showroom - I was hooked. Sogt, buttery leather and oh-so-comfy seats. I really liked a lower-priced sectional but it was apparently built for the 5’2” and under population. I’m 5’9 and this couch is nice and big. My whole body fits on the recliner - no ankles or head dangling off the end as they did on some other models. Had it 9 mos and still love it - power recliners are great, highly recommend getting it w/the chaise!
