BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased Mighty Lungs here through Macys.com on September 4th. The product finally arrived on September 12th. I retrieved it from the secured mailbox on September 13th. Gaia Herbs are always packaged and sold in tempered glass bottles. The glass bottles are then SOLD inside Gaia recycled box. This glass bottle that I purchased was shipped in a small bubble mailer with no bubble wrap to protect the glass from breaking. THE ITEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN PACKED CAREFULLY IN A BOX. The product was damaged and shards of glass were spilling out into the bubble mailer making the product totally unusable. I had to make multiple phone calls and speak with 4 different team members to get a refund. For my troubles Macys granted me $10 star money and the last team member, Trix informed me that an issued refund would process in 24 to 48 hours. This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
