If I could give negetive stars I would

Very low quality, and poor construction. It comes in pieces to assemble and terrible Fake looking "leather" even worse when I tried to return it they are difficult to work with and do not want to get their own product back trying to encourage you to take a loss and try to sell it on your own. I don't know whyy Macy's is working with them and I would never buy from them again.

Terrible

The couch was damaged in several areas upon arrival. Went to return item, and was asked to take less then half of the cost.

Do not Buy it!

This purchase has been the big mistake I have done for Christmas. I have unopened the box because I refused the order when I saw the couch arrived in a box what it meant I have to assemble it. Anyway Fed Ex got back the box to the truck but at the next day FedEx redelivered the box and left the Package outside my house without my consent. I am dealing with Macys, the Shipper, and FedEx to get back the Package again and receive my refund. Everybody involved has been irresponsable with my purchase. I am very dissapointed!
