This is rip off

This is totally Unacceptable. This piece of junk fell completely apart less than 60 days. I called Macys to complain only to be informed that they cannot reimburse me because its a 3rd party vendor's product and that I should call the vendor directly. I called the vendor but I kept getting a message that the phone number cannot accept an incoming calls. This is avsolutely unacceptable and MACYS needs to reimburse me back. I wish I could rate this a zero point.
