Not the color I ordered

I was very excited to receive this new bed frame. I opened it yesterday to start assembling it, the wrong color was delivered. I ordered GREY AND IVROY WAS DELIVERED this is way too heavy for me to try and pack up and return on my own and now I feel stuck. It was also difficult to assemble as the instructions were not very clear. .

awful experience

Wrong product sent - they sent a much cheaper bed than what I ordered and paid for. Customer service told me to work through the third party seller even though I ordered from Macys. Macys would not help at all and said I need to work through third party. Would not recommend this seller or any third party Macys seller. Macys does not back the customer with them. What a headache

Dishonest employees

I didn't know until the next day that your staff knocked a plant that was on the dresser on the floor and left dirt and a piece of the plant on the floor. However, the did place the plant back on the dresser, but left dirt. The second thing was they didn't not over the white glove test.
