low Quality and don’t trust the images

We bought this bed frame recently . After fixing the frame I felt bad for bed frame height and storage boxes quality (very low quality.

wrong Color- Horrible Customer Service

Photos are white and when ordered I received a gray one. The gray bed was on sale for $200 less than the white one. So I spent an extra $200 received the wrong color and they were very difficult to work with when I wanted the correct color.I do not believe I will ever buy furniture from Macy’s again. Worst experience ever. And it’s still going on. Now they will not reply to my emails. And I get directed to a call center and I’m unable to speak with management.
