Never arrived

Unfortunately this was purchased through one of Macys third party vendors. The item never arrived and I am questioning whether it was ever shipped, since no one is able to confirm this or locate the item. I asked for a refund, since this was not received and Macy's is unable to give me a refund, because it has to be approved through the vendor, Gaomon. I then asked them to reship the ottoman and they claimed that they were unable to reship it.
