Excellent features but sluggish interativity

I'm very happy with the features, durability, and battery life, but the touch usability is sluggish compared to other daily devices (smartphones etc). I know there are trade-offs to maintain low power usage but I can't wait for a new speedy chipset that feels more real-time with the touch and interface interactions. This unit really is fantastic and the build quality is the best and nearly unbreakable, but the user-experience is a bit lacking due to the interface lag! One other thing I love about this watch is the Garmin quickfit connectors to easily swap watch bands, this is fantastic and there are a lot of options out there. All in all it's the best watch for me and I'm waiting for the next generation to come along that fixes the lag issues.

epix™ Pro (Gen 2) - não tem ECG no brazil

O relógio é muito bom e repleto de funcionalidades, mas é importante destacar que o recurso de ECG não funciona no Brasil. O motivo? Não sei — mas, considerando o valor do produto, seria esperado que todos os recursos estivessem disponíveis em todos os mercados. Esse ponto me decepcionou bastante. Para usuários brasileiros, eu consideraria o Apple Watch como uma alternativa mais completa. The watch is great and full of features, but it's important to note that the ECG function doesn’t work in Brazil. Why? I’m not sure — but for a product in this price range, I would expect all features to be available in all markets. That was a big disappointment for me. For Brazilian users, I would consider the Apple Watch as a more complete alternative.

Just out of warranty, Took care of me anyway.

10 Garmin watches in over many years and many Ironman races. I had an issue that persisted over a couple months and Garmin made it right and that is all I could ask for.

Disappointed....

This watch is fantastic - it has SO MANY applications. However, the battery does not last long, and it takes FOREVER to charge it to 100%. I don't regret buying it - I just wish the battery lasted longer.

Epic Pro Gen 2 47 mm

The watch is so packed with features it is diffuse to know if I am fully utilizing it. This is my first Garmin and a multi year Apple Watch user. Solely battery capacity makes this watch superior. I have been wearing for 3 weeks. Haven’t really used the maps much, which was my primary reason for getting this model. Probably could have gone with the Instinct 2 or 3. Seems like functionality is the mostly the same, minus mapping. But again I am still learning the watch.
