Pleased so far!

It makes great ice. It makes the ice quickly, the hopper is a good size and holds a good amount of ice. The cleaning process is simple and quick. Having the extra water tank on the side of the unit is great, I don't have to constantly refill so it keeps making ice. It will last into a second day of making ice before having to refill it. I have only had this unit for about one month. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last ice maker we purchased which only lasted about six months before it died. Also, it is the perfect size to fit on our countertop and it doesn't take up a lot of space.

Must have ice maker!

Super happy with the ice maker! It's the chewable ice! The machine makes noise, but no more than my other one did. It isn't overly loud - it "sleeps" when the pump doesn't need to run. I used it for a large family party this past weekend and it had no problem keeping up with the demand for ice! The production and capacity were more than needed. I originally bought it for our bar in the basement, but I think I'll be keeping this in the kitchen and possibly buying another one!

The GOOD Ice - Amazing!

I purchased the white model and love it, it goes well with my kitchen. I have it on the kitchen counter (granite) and under a cabinet. It is compact so it sits nicely with room for ventilation in the back. The set up was easy and I had ice that evening. It only makes noise when making ice but it's not loud. The ice is amazing. I have looked at other reviews and will be mindful of any long term issues. I have been wanting one of these for a long time and so glad I made the purchase.
