I love with this machine
I absolutely love this machine, it’s very user friendly, large water tank, plus its sleek modern design is what drew me to it, unlike any other machine out there. Since buying it I haven’t had one bad brew, it always comes out perfect, I also have a a Nespresso original machine but since getting the ge I haven’t used it . I’ve never used an espresso machine till this machine and it was so easy to learn. Best purchase this year.

Good machine
For me, this is a very useful machine, and I really like it. I own a coffee shop, I use this machine at home. The espresso it extracts is excellent, of course, as long as your pair it with good, fresh coffee beans.

Mixed feelings about this machine
I got this machine as a retirement gift from my company. I've got mixed feelings about it. As far as configuration goes, the settings are limited. It makes a decent espresso though. There are two major issues I've got with it. The first is the portafilter. It seems small, barely even capable of holding 20g of beans without seriously compacting the beans against the screen. The second is the grinder. It's prone to jamming and hard to clean. Lately, even after THOROUGHLY cleaning it, I can't grind beans for a single espresso without it jamming. Sorry to say, when (not if) I replace this unit, it will be a different make.

Beautiful Coffee Machine
This machine a absolutely beautiful; it's sleek and elegant. I give it 4 stars because the grinder stopped working about 6 months in. I thought it was user error, but I cleaned/vacuumed every other week. Turns out others have experienced this as well. GE was great in that as soon as a called about the issue they were able to replace it. Hopefully the second machine does not have this issue.

Great machine minus one issue
This was a great purchase and I am mostly happy with it, with the exception of the grinder and dosage. It doesn't seem to be consistent. Sometimes a its a single dose, sometimes double, sometimes obviously more than a double. I wish it was more consistent.

I couldn't be happier with my machine. I think it's easy to clean and very consistent quality drinks.
