Poorly packaged

Loved the handbag in store so decided to order it online and was shocked when I received the handbag just thrown into a poly mailer with no protective covering or anything. I assumed it would be in a clear protective sleeve or something and then shipped in a box so it didn’t damage the handbag???Because of the poor packaging, there’s indents on the corner that I can’t get out. Do better macys.

I love this bag The height the width handles is everything I require in a bag The maker Giani Bernini is now my favorite I have two of these now different decor And am hoping to get my third on sale for Xmas All I can say is love love this style 🥰 Thank You
