Gift to Aunt

This was a birthday gift for an aunt, and she loved it. Seems like it will be a good quality bag.

Great bag

Nice bag, not too big, material soft, and looks expensive. I wanted a crossbody bag but not too big and this works. But if over pack it can poof out more. I gave 4 stars because the strap seems too thin and more than typical. But overall great buy!

Bag doesn’t match descriptions & side photos!

I liked the bag size for a trip but was disappointed upon receiving the item! Your written description (of having the gold tone monogram and the 3 gussets) did not match the main photo (had no gold monogram and no visible 3 zippers for the 3 gussets) nor the pictures on the side (had a gold monogram and 1 gusset). Totally confusing. Am returning this.
