received the wrong item

I ordered the Gibson elite James dinnerware set & received a studio 3b mio set. I tried to call Macys for a replacement & the service I received was poor.

Not as pictured

Toasted Cream color not even close to the photo. More like a dead mousey brown. Just gross. Colors can be off from a photo online, but this is a different color. Now a return
