Missing diamond

I bought this as a mothers day gift and when i open the bag i notice it was missing a diamond horrible and there is not macys were i live i live all the way in Ms and the closest store is in Louisiana and i cant get a refund intime for mothers day very very disappointed

Pretty bracelet but let down with packaging.

I bought this as a Christmas gift, thinking it would at the very least come in a box. Nope. It’s a plastic baggie and bubble wrap. It’s a nice bracelet but it looks cheap to give as a gift without the box. I expect a little more from Macy’s than bubble wrap and baggie. Now I have to go out and find nice packaging. So beware if you’re buying this as a gift.
