DO NOT purchase from vendors that NOT Macys

Recently purchased an indoor cycle from Sigift (third party vendor not associated with Macys). While assembling the bicycle, realized that Sigift sent me a left pedal that was threaded for the right crank arm. I was able to send Sigift a message explaining what my situation was and a simple request to send me replacement pedals. They responded back with a photo request? I was crystal clear on the simple fix. I reached out to Macys via chat since I purchased this bicycle via Macys.com website. Customer service representative that I chatted with was no help. She says she can't help me and that my best course of action is to return it. Which I didn't want to do but I cannot get help from Macys or Sigift. So now I to have disassemble the bicycle and lug this 70 pound large box to UPS or Macys. Buyer beware.
