Awesome Garage Lamps

Lights really complemented the farmhouse style of our house. They are large, so be sure your outlets are high above the height of the garage door)s). Love the look.

Expected better quality sensors.

Bought a two pack, the sensors are very different, one light is on "bright" most of the time and takes a long time to return to dim mode. The lights are 55' away from the edge of the street and when a car passes they brighten, and one light will stay bright for a long time after the other returns to dim. I expected them to work better than this.

Good value - Great looks!

Great looking lamp! Appears to be of good quality. Withstands heavy winds in the high desert. I like the size and shape and I think it goes great with our Craftsman style home. One thing that concerned me was: There is a small set screw on the back where the bowl of the fixture attaches to the stem, be sure that is real tight so it doesn’t come loose! Other than that it is worth the price IMO.

Some damage to one of the lamps ceramic piece

I am a home owner who hired a professional to install these. When we looked at them we noted one of the two lamps has small chips in the ceramic piece that you screw the lightbulb into. The whole mechanism seems flimsy and a bit cheap. The other lamp seems fine but I have concerns about the ceramic being chipped. the chips were not in the plastic bag so I expect this was defective when it was packed at the factory. So bad Quality Assurance.

Nicely made, easy to install. No setup of motion/light sensor required

Nicely made. Easy to install, but the instructions are a little spartan. That said, if you know how to install a light fixture to begin with, you shouldn't have an issue. The mounting plate could be a little better. It's no different than anything you'd get at home depot on a $50 light, but these are $100/each. Otherwise, pleased with the purchase. Ordered 3 lights. Shipping was quick, and despite fedex's best attempts otherwise, everything showed up undamaged. Even light bulbs (even though that box was smashed, the bulbs were well packed/cushioned).
