Macys excellent company

Love working with Macy's. However the company/manufacturer never ever responded to my request for missing parts. Got an extra pillow instead of 4 feet for my bench. Didn't want to return merchandise after spending hours putting it together.

Very poor quality

Very poor quality, I had to return after installing. So much hassle

Disappointed...poor quality

I ordered this patio set because I thought it was a good price, but it's poor quality and it was poorly packed. Cushions were stuff unevenly and with some kind of cotton. it was also hard to put together and one chair was damaged. I haven't contacted the seller because I just finished putting it together. I would not recommend this product.
