mattress did not fully inflate

The mattress did not inflate. Reached out to Hitway. I was told to use a hair dryer to help it along and or wait 72 hours. The mattress was set out to inflate on January. It’s January 14th and it still not fully inflated. I’ve emailed Hitway several times and I was told to package the mattress back into the original box and send it back to them. It’s queen size, partially inflated mattress- how? Hitway’s phone number they provided rings out no answer no voicemail. Very disappointed!!! I’m waiting their response to see how they will resolve this issue.
