Broken and overcharged!

Came broken! Told it would be white glove delivery but it was left on my path. The interesting thing was I returned it. Ordered it again from a different company for literally half the price, the replacement arrived in the very same box (recognized the broken polystyrene and cardboard inserts immediately as the ones I had just returned). The new console table was in perfect condition and I’m still amazed that everything clearly comes from the same warehouse and it’s up to whoever sells it to see what they can get for it. The same table, the same packaging but half the price. Macy’s needs to do better.
