Not sure of induction performance

It is induction ready, but the knobby bottom may not be that good. I get my range next week, so I will see. Love the ceramic coating.

Hopefully A Rarity

I received the GreenPan and had high hopes. I loved that is was non-toxic and non stick. Delivery was quick and it seemed to be packed well. It took me some time to unbox it (busy week) but when I did I saw it had a chip right in the middle. I was really disappointed as I was just about to cook dinner. Otherwise, the pan is a nice weight and looks like a good quality pan. I will try to exchange and hope the replacement will be better. I hope so as I just ordered more GreenPans from another store. Wish me luck!

Very easy to clean.

Cooked some Beans Marbella when I received the wok. Was able to use less heat. Turned out great. The best part was how easy it was to clean the wok.

Wish I Knew Before I Bought Without Ceramic

I was complaining to a friend that since I got rid of all my poisonous PFAS pans and switched to stainless, the new pans scratch easily, food sticks, and they are a pain to wash. And then they need polishing. My friend told me about Green Pans. So I bought one and it’s awesome! Cooks extremely well, heat is balanced, nothing sticks, and washing is a breeze. Now I’m stuck - I hate dumping my stainless pans that I spent $$$ on and buy a whole new set of Green Pans. But I know it’s just a matter of time.
