Terrible customer service from Macy’s.

Knives are great, Macy’s not so much. Have been waiting for 3 weeks for my Star Rewards to post. Have chatted with customer service twice, called, wrote on social media. I’m waiting on 4433 points and they keep giving me the run around. Will be my last purchase at Macys if they don’t make it right.
