I don’t like customer service

I bought those studs, it’s look good to me but when I bought that studs they have offer they send $40 star rewards in my account but they send me email but they didn’t send my rewards. Same thing happened with me when I open my new account they didn’t gave 25% off in my all items they gave me just in one item . I called them but they didn’t fix it . It very hard to explain them

beautiful but not well design

It’s so sparkly I love it but I notice the middle stone is higher than the other. A bit disappointed. I would have kept it.
