Why Was I Shipped the Wrong Product?

I was supposed to receive white gold earrings and was shipped yellow gold. Now I have to drive into a Macy’s store to return them. The QA effort to confirm what is ordered to what is shipped is lacking.

Beautiful

Beautiful

I bought these diamonds for my ears. I had lost a diamond earring and I am so used to wearing diamond earrings I had to invest in another pair. Good clarity and color and tests as diamond when tested.

I was Stunned! I was afraid to order these online but as they were lab diamonds, I knew I could return with Macy’s. I have many diamonds in other settings but these were my first lab grown. They are perfect. Great buy for size!! Totally satisfied!!!!

Sparkle!!

So funny, when I picked these up, the woman at the jewelry counter said “let’s see what you got” and opened the box, which I thought was rude and really none of her business. I could see her breath was taken away! She had to have seen the price too! They really are beautiful. Worth every sale penny, haha. I have natural and now several lab created diamonds and I think the lab grown diamonds are very worth it!
