DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

My experience with ordering has been frustrating. Ordered April 20th. Tracking says order is still being processed on May 1st. Automated customer service says still being packed but expected delivery May 1st. Today is May 2nd. CS says package will ship today wait for tracking info and be patient until May 9th.

Disappointed

I had high hopes for this ring. However, my husband and I were both disappointed. I have earrings and a band from this brand that look great and are of better quality. The band on this solitaire is so thin that it looks almost wire like. Definitely not appropriate for a 2 ct stone...or any diamond whether lab created or not. The stone lacks brilliance and fire. Returning it.
