Lab Grown Diamond Earring Backs

The earrings themselves are great. However, I am disappointed that the backs are so basic without providing safety/security for such expensive earrings. Backs that screw on or even require extra force to remove would be a great improvement.

Dear Macy's Customer Service, I recently contacted your customer service by phone regarding the Grown With Love IGI Certified Lab Grown Diamond Stud Earrings I ordered online (Order # 4602182572 and UPC: 729367819796 and UPS Ground Tracking#: 1ZE16Y080366984407). I was informed that the IGI certificate will be mailed separately and may take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. I would appreciate it if you could kindly confirm this in writing, including the expected timeframe and shipping method if available.
