USED AND SCRATCH WATCH

I was shocked and disappointed to receive my expensive Gucci watch in a damaged condition. The watch face had visible scratches, with no protective covering on the glass, and the clasp was also scratched. Additionally, the box was missing the serial or identification card needed for registration. When I took it to the jewelry counter, the employee informed me that Macy’s uses outside vendors for products and could not guarantee this wouldn’t happen again. Extremely disappointed in Macy’s!
