Obviously, the product is wonderful

Obviously, the product is wonderful but Macy’s performance shipping the product to me could not have been worse. Macy used UPS to ship the package. UPS delivered the package to the wrong address, photographed the box sitting on someone else’s front stoop, and then sent me an email announcing that the product had been delivered. Yes, but not to me. I called UPS who would do nothing and told me to open an incident with Macy’s. I did and, a day later, received an email from Macy’s saying they would do nothing to remedy the situation. Fortunately, my honest neighbor who had received the package walked it around to me. That will be my last transaction with Macy’s.
