GUESS should do better!

I got a whole 3 days use out of this Guess purse before the screw fell out of one of the O rings that holds the strap on. I don’t know how to fix it. Does Guess make a repair kit? Why didn’t they just make it a solid ring? I haven’t even used it long enough to remove the plastic covers from the Guess labels.
