Never received item

Purchased this item over a month ago and I still have not received it. Called customer service and its automated. Unable to speak to a live person to have this canceled.

Terrible Boots

These boots look great and yes the sole is heavy but they hurt my feet so bad. Plus when I hit them I didn’t wear them right away but when I did I discovered they had been worn before I received them. Macy’s you should be ashamed .

Stylish

The sneakers are very stylish and give height because of the wegde. They do have weight to them letting you know they are not cheaply made. I like that you can dress they with skirts or tights. Love them.

Uncomfortable Boot

Boot is very stylish but very uncomfortable! I ordered the Black pair and was going to order the Jean pair, but the Black pair was not comfortable so I did need order the Jean pair.

Super cute and comfy

I ordered these in black and they are simply gorgeous. This boot is unique and I love them. I will say, after reading some of the reviews, I decided to order up a half size (9.5) and I am so glad I did because with a sock they'll be perfect. They're so cute I order my daughter a pair once she tried on mine. Love them!
