Disappointed! Pants Mis-labeled

I ordered an XL and received a L. The tag shows XL but the tag inside the pants is labeled L. URGH!!! I did t noticed this when I ordered the first pair. It was probably the XL because these run smaller than the first pair that I ordered. Urgh!!!!!!! Other than that the material is beautiful.
