Faulty after 1 day

Opened on Christmas Day and drove around some then it started making noises and one side operates very rough or wheel does not engage at all. Reached out to Gyroor but customer service is basically non existent. Every once in a while they ask for more info. Bottom line is there is definitely something broke inside and the company is not responding or replacing!
