Recipes copied, mistakes in measurements

I found this book utterly disappointing. I find the brand behind the book to be very misleading, the recipes are recreated and taken from other content creators. the author never tastes her own food and uses her brother as the decision maker for the recipes

Unique Cookbook

I absolutely love the recipes in this cookbook! Every new recipe I try is delicious using unique flavors and spices that I have never used in most of my cooking. This chef was unknown to me but looking at the recipes in the bookstore made me want to try her recipes. I am so happy with this purchase. It only goes to show you that an unknown cook can have an outstanding, unique, tasty cookbook!!

Nice addition

4.5 stars. This is a nice addition to a collection for the adventurous cook. Eight sections with lots of terrific pictures, notes, and clear instructions. If you want to expand your creativity and elevate your presentations this book will be a great resource.
