The Machine was easy to assemble, did not make a lot of noise during juicing. One main problem; i didn't quite like how pulp accumulated in the chamber causing the juice to back up instead of flowing into the receptor container. We had to stop midway during juicing just to wash off pulp. Not what I expected. Machine was returned.

Compact, simple and easy to clean
I like how it is very compact. It was easy to assemble. But, a word of caution. Out of the box, the cap is attached to the juicer chute. To unscrew the cap it looks like you need to turn it counterclockwise, but it is actually clockwise. The unlock icon confused me. (see photo) The drawback of it being so compact is that you need to cut food in little pieces to fit it through the chute. I juiced some apples and a lot of apple foam got stuck in the chute creating a backlog of it. I think it is due to the size of the chute. The instruction booklet was easy to read. However, it does not explain anything about the "Reverse" button. Overall, I like this juicer. The compact size, ease of use and ease of cleaning is to my satisfaction. It is an appliance I will keep on my counter and will use frequently.

Excellent product. Quiet operation, easy to use.
Have been using this product for several weeks now. I am extremely pleased with this juicer. Juice output is easily twice as much, as other juicers I have used. I was impressed with how easy this juicer was to use. Not a lot of parts, to assemble, but worked great. Some other juicers I have used were so loud, they sounded like a vacuum cleaner. Not this juicer... unit is so quiet, first time i used it, wasn't even sure I had turned it on. Clean up was very simple, took maybe five minutes, and it was spotless. Comes with a handy cleaning brush, which fits well, inside parts, and makes clean up a snap. I would definitely recommend this juicer to everyone.

Quiet and easy to use!
This juicer is a great addition to my kitchen! It assembles easily and most of the parts rinse in seconds after use for quick cleanup. The slow juicer is surprisingly quiet so no worries about what time of day I use it. Great product!

Great features
I got this slow juicer three weeks ago and was excited to try it immediately. I do own other juicer so I was eager to compare the two. upon opening the package, I saw a very cute product with few pieces to put together. It really was a snap to assemble. I put it immediately to work. First I wanted to know how it would juice spinach, which I put first and started the juicer. First impression is that it was surprisingly quiet,like a little humming. Then the spinach juice came out effortlessly. Then came the broccoli and the carrots. I left the carrots whole and put them through the chute. It juiced the whole thing slower than my other juicer but I noticed that there was no foam on top of the juice which is a big plus. This is a great masticating juicer compared to my centrifugal juicer. It extracted every last bit of juice from the vegetables. It prevents the fresh juice from oxidation. which means that I am able to juice enough for the whole day instead of having to do it over again later in the day. Pros: the placement of the pulp container and the juice container is lovely. You see the juice and the pulp falling in their designated area without any mess. The juice container has a little spout for pouring which is very convenient and clever. Now is the time for clean up. I took the juicer apart in few seconds, ran the separate pieces under hot water and VOILA. All done and clean. No comparison to my other juicer that had sooo many parts and took so long to clean. I have been juicing every day using all kind of fruits and vegetable and I am so pleased with it. Cons: NONE

Wonderful Slow Juicer!
This is the very first juicer I have used or owned and I am in love with it! The instructions made it very clear how to set up the juicer and I was juicing just a few minutes after opening the box. They do recommend that you wash all of the juicer parts, except the base, in warm soapy water before using. I had baby carrots and gala apples in my kitchen so I decided to juice those. The carrots gave me quite a bit of pulp, only some juice. I did get a lot of juice out of the apples. The carrot apple juice was very delicious! I am looking forward to juicing many things! As for cleanup, you just disassemble the parts which is very simple and wash again with warm soapy water. You can also place these parts in a dishwasher, just keep them away from very hot water and the heat element of your dishwasher. Those could cause the parts to warp according to the instruction guide. Wipe the base with a damp cloth and you are good to go. I would highly recommend this juicer!

Great juicer
This is the best juicer that I have ever used. It is easy to use and easy to clean. The other juicer I have used were so hard to clean that I didn't use them much. Also the others would cloug up a lot and you had to clean the strainer. This one does not clog much at all and when it does it is really easy to clean the strainer.
