Macy's customer service

Waiting for the delivery for two weeks. This one star is not for the Hamilton Beach Air fryer/ oven. But it is for Macy's customer service. Still waiting for the delivery.

Dangerously hot

The glass door gets very hot, and the way it opens it is likely to burn your hand. Use a mitten every time. I’ve burned my hand twice.
